Will my insurance company cover my care with Empowered by Courage Counseling?

EBCC is an out-of-network provider, meaning that we are not contracted to work with any insurance companies. However, if you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of the costs. We will gladly provide the necessary paperwork for you to submit your claims. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
  
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  
• What is the coverage amount (co-pay) per therapy session?
  
• Is authorization required from my insurance company and do I need approval from my primary care physician?
